Perm. 11.10.2007. Presentation and public discussion of the Social Report of the Company for 2006 took place in JSC TGC-9.

The Social Report of JSC TGC-9 provides the information on the place and role of the corporate social responsibility in the system of strategic company management, mission, values and strategic directions of JSC TGC-9 development, organization of corporate management and interaction with the interested parties. The Social Report of the Company also includes the data on production and economic activity of JSC TGC-9, achievements in the field of preservation of the environment and social sphere.

The social report of JSC TGC-9 was presented for public discussion by Vitaly Anikin, Deputy General Director for Strategy and Development of the Company. Representatives of authorities and public organizations of JSC TGC-9 service areas took part in discussion of the document.

The report was prepared on the basis of the reporting management in the field of stable development GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) in its newest version G3. According to the scheme of levels of application of GRI, the Social Report of JSC TGC-9 for 2006 corresponds to C level. This means the publication by the company of the information at least on 10 indicators of productivity, including at least on one of social indicators, as well as one of economic indicators and one ecological indicators.

Preparation of the social reporting proves aspiration of JSC TGC-9 to openness, transparency of business dealing, readiness for dialogue with all interested parties.

Management of the global initiative under the reporting in the field of stable development (GRI) is one of the most authoritative international standards of non financial reporting. The reporting under GRI international standard is published by about 2 thousand world leading companies, as well as 45 largest Russian enterprises.

JSC TGC-9 is just starting its activity in the social reporting. The decision on standardization of activity of the company in economic, ecological and social areas according to the international practice in the sphere of stable development and corporate social responsibility was taken in 2006. The variant of public assurance was chosen for the first Social Report of JSC TGC, which consists in interaction and taking into account of remarks and wishes of the interested parties.

The first discussion of the information of production and economic, ecological and social sections with the interested parties took place during preparation of the text of Social Report of JSC TGC-9. The company expects that it will be possible to collect new questions and critical remarks during presentation of the report to the public, as well as during the further interaction with the interested parties. JSC TGC-9 can use them in the further work in the field of the social reporting, provision of the partners and the Company with the information on activity of the company in the unprejudiced and intelligible form.
