The city telephone network of Krasnodar was switched to 7-digit telephone numbering on the night of 30 October. The launch of 7-digit telephone numbering provides reserve of number capacity for further development of the Krasnodar telephone network. Krasnodar is the fourth Russia city after Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Yekaterinburg to introduce 7-digit phone numbering. The city telephone numbers changed as follows:
