Olga Golodets, MMC Norilsk Nickel’s Deputy General Director for Personnel and Social Policies, has been named as the best Russian Personnel Director.

Mrs. Golodets was awarded with the title in the latest publication of the Association of Managers’ “Ratings of Russian Managers’ Professional Reputation”.  The ratings were based on the views and comments of more than four hundred independent experts, including heads of companies and representatives of government, business and social organisations.
