LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov entered the number of twenty two business-leaders – representatives of the Russian business community, whose activity is nation-wide and has a sizable effect on the Russian economy.
More than 400 experts came to such conclusion while making up the rating of Russia most professional managers in the framework of the conjoint project of Association of Managers of Russia and Commersant publishing house.
