An annual general meeting of shareholders of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group) headed by Valentin Mezhevich, a member of the Management Board, Rosseti's Chief Advisor, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, was held in Saratov on June 15, 2017.
 In his welcome speech, Valentin Mezhevich said: “The results achieved by IDGC of Volga, PJSC last business year are a proof of stable operations and successful development of the Company in all core business areas. The 2016 performance absolutely meets the Company's strategic goals. The result of efforts made by IDGC of Volga, PJSC is its indisputable role in positive economic development of the Middle Volga region, Orenburg region and overall distribution electric grid complex of the country. Rosseti Group always focused on operational reliability of the grid complex, reduction of losses, improvement of availability of the grid infrastructure, and IDGC of Volga, PJSC succeeds in reaching the assigned objectives.
” During the meeting, Valentin Mezhevich, a member of the Management Board and Rosseti's Chief Advisor, gave to the General Director of the Company Vladimir Ryabikin the Operational Reliability Certificate — a new internal document of Rosseti Group issued basing upon findings of an inspection of compliance with the requirements to operational reliability of electric grid facilities throughout the year.
In his speech addressed to the shareholders, the General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC Vladimir Ryabikin said: “Financial, economic and production indicators reached by the Company in 2016 show that the Board of Directors and Management Board chose the right strategy that allowed to achieve positive results and minimize the impact of unfavorable macroeconomic factors on our business. In 2016, the net profit of the Company amounted to 1,378 M rubles thus exceeding the 2015 profit by 5.7 times. The investment program budget for 2016 amounted to 3,532.6 M rubles. We commissioned 586.5 km of power transmission lines and 177.11 MVA of the transformer capacity. The Company struggled to improve its customer focus and cut down the lead time and price of technological connection. The successful operation of IDGC of Volga, PJSC during the autumn and winter season was an evidence of overall reliability of the distribution grid complex.
” The attendees of the meeting reviewed the production and financial performance of the Company reached in 2016, elected new members of the Board of Directors and Internal Audit Commission, approved new versions of the Articles of Association, Regulations for the General Meeting of Shareholders, Regulations for the Board of Directors and Regulations for the Internal Audit Commission of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, discussed the issue of profit distribution including payment of dividends, and selected the Company's Auditor.
 The agenda of meeting also included the issues on cessation of the Company’s membership in SOYUZ ENERGOSTROY and participation of the Company in Association Self-Regulating Organization Volga Region Builders Association as a member.
The shareholders passed resolutions on all agenda items.
