As of the end of 2016, the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC of Volga, PJSC passed the following resolution (Minutes No. 13/2017 dated June 19, 2017): “To pay dividends in specie on ordinary shares according to the results of 2016 in the amount of 1,308,811 thousand rubles.
 The amount of dividend paid per share is calculated as a ratio between the amount of dividends (1,308,811 thousand rubles) and the total number of common shares of the Company included in the list of persons entitled to dividends. Dividends payable to a nominal holder and a beneficial owner being a professional security market participant shall be paid within 10 business days; dividends payable to other shareholders entered in the Shareholder Register shall be paid within 25 business days from the date of the list of persons entitled to receive dividends.
To set June 26, 2017 as the date of compiling the list of persons entitled to receive dividends.” As of June 26, 2017, the Company placed 185,803,801,146 ordinary shares with a par value of ten (10) kopecks each. Basing on the Company's net profit allocated to pay dividends per shares of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, the dividend per one share amounted to 0.0070440486 rubles.
