As a part of its 2017 investment program, Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), completed the technological connection project called “Construction of two 10 kV cable lines from the cells of 110/10 kV Posop substation for supplying power to Federal State Unitary Enterprise Administration of Civil Airports (Aerodromes)” in the second quarter of this year. In addition, Q2, 2017 was marked by completion of a contractor selection procedure, signature of a contractor’s agreement and beginning of the construction under a top-priority investment technological connection project. This project implies the construction of two 10 kV cable lines from 110/10 kV Posop substation to energize the Arena Mordovia football stadium. The construction of energy production and technological complex — 110/10 kV Drakino substation in the Kovylkinsky district of the Republic of Mordovia is also in progress. The works are carried out in the framework of the governmental technological connection agreement involving the construction of a 2x6.3 MVA substation and two branches of 110 kV overhead lines to the new 110/10 kV Drakino substation.
