On June 1, 2018 in Saratov, the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of the Rosseti group), was held under the chairmanship of Valentin Mezhevich, Board Member, Chief Advisor to Rosseti, PJSC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Volga, PJSC.

Summarizing the work of IDGC of Volga, PJSC in 2017, Valentin Mezhevich noted: "The company has successfully completed its main operational tasks. The financial year was completed with a profit of 4,617 million rubles, which is 3,239.3 million rubles more than in 2016. The Company's revenue increased by 11.1% compared to 2016. Further development was given to interaction with consumers and services for remote acquisition of services, the introduction of an electricity metering system using modern intelligent systems was continued. I believe that in the future IDGC of Volga, PJSC will maintain its high rate of development by entering the digital level of asset modernization as part of the Rosseti digitalization program, providing reliable and high-quality power supply to consumers in seven regions of the Volga Federal District, increasing profitability and investment attractiveness.

During the reporting period, the Company carried out a large-scale work in developing and improving the efficiency of the power grid complex in seven regions of the Volga Federal District. 744.00 km of overhead power transmission lines and 484.06 MVA of the transformer capacity were put into operation. In 2017, the Company achieved significant successes in reducing energy losses and increasing energy efficiency. According to the results of the year, the Company’s general economic benefit has made 88.5 mln kWh for the total amount of over 268 mln rubles.

In his address to the shareholders, Vladimir Ryabikin, General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC Vladimir Ryabikin stressed: "In 2017, the Company supported the course of Rosseti, PJSC for digitalization of the power grid complex, having taken a number of steps in this direction. This work will continue in the current year in accordance with the Concept of Digitalization of Grids for 2018-2030. I am sure that in 2018 IDGC of Volga, PJSC will successfully realize all the plans and will reach a qualitatively new level."

At the meeting the results of the Company's production and financial performance for 2017 were summed up. The new composition of the Board of Directors, the Audit Commission were approved, the Articles of Association, the Regulations on the Board of Directors of the Company, the Regulations on the Management Board of the Company, the Regulations on payment of remuneration and compensation to members of the Audit Commission of the Company were approved in new editions, the issue of profit distribution, incl. on payment of dividends. The Auditor of the Company was elected.

 The meeting also approved the termination of the participation of IDGC of Volga, PJSC in the Association of the self-regulating organization "Association of Builders"Volga" and participation in the "Association of Construction Organizations "Volga" by accession.
