Power engineers of Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of the Rosseti group) is actively carrying out a maintenance campaign. In accordance with the schedule, in June of current year, 1 of 110/10 kV substation and 3 of 35/10 kV substations will be repaired. Also, 104 transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV and 27.1 kilometers of overhead power transmission lines with 35-110 kV Voltage will be repaired.

In addition, in the transformer substations of the republic's settlements, branch workers will replace 5.1 km of uninsulated 0.4-10 kV outlets with overhead lines with a protected wire, which significantly reduces the possibility of emergency outages.

In May, in preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, painting 54 metal poles of 35-110 kV overhead lines located in the city of Saransk was completed.

Work is actively carried out to clear the glades. By the end of June, it is planned to process an area of more than 115.74 hectares. The brigades operate at 110 kV OL Komsomolskaya-Atiashevo, 110 kV OL Medaevo-Parakino, 110 kV OL Potma-Vad, 110 kV OL Ruzaevka-Zhurlovka, 110 kV OL Khovanshchina-Kadoshkino. 35 kV OL Ardatov-Nizovka, 35 kV OL Insar-V. Luhma, 35 kV OL Kochkurovo-Goryainovka, 35 kV OL Lyambir-Pervomaiskaya, 35 kV OL St. Shaygovo-Avgury, 35 kV OL St. Shaygovo-Sivin, 35 kV OL N. Devychje-St. Sindrovo.

The events of the repair campaign are a necessary part of the preparation of power equipment and power facilities for the autumn-winter period of 2018-2019.
