Representatives of IDGC of Volga, PJSC took part in a meeting of Rosseti's experts in metrology and power quality control.
This event also included a meeting of Rosseti's Commission for Metrological Support and Electric Power Quality Control. Rustam Bekbulatov representing IDGC of Volga, PJSC made a report on building Rosseti's system of measuring instrument calibration and measures aiming to develop the system.
The participants of the meeting focused both on theoretical and practical tasks. The practical sessions (business games) included registration of in-house metrological services to obtain a calibration permit, desk audit and assessment of conformity of power quality control laboratories at the stage of accreditation with the Federal Accreditation Service, and onsite assessment of compliance of the metrological service with the applicable requirements. The participants heard reports of their colleagues on the issues of metrological support and organizing of the power quality control system. Leading domestic manufacturers of measuring instruments and equipment gave a deeper insight into new solutions to Rosseti's experts.
This workshop was intended to implement the Unified Technical Policy and harmonize metrological and power quality control practices of the affiliates and subsidiaries of Rosseti, PJSC.
