New Subsidiary Incorporated Moscow, Russian Federation – Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (“MTS” – NYSE: MBT), the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS, announces the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary Dega Retail Holding Limited.
The subsidiary is based in the British Virgin Islands. It will be used to support future corporate and operational needs.
