| Moscow, 15 September 2006. Shares of OAO "TGC-9"* started trading today on the RTS Classical Market and RTS Exchange Market. The Company's shares have been included in the Part of the Schedule "Securities Admitted to Trading But Not Included in Quotation Lists".
Thus, to date, shares of OAO "WGC-2", OAO "WGC-3", OAO "WGC-4", OAO "WGC-5", OAO "WGC-6", OAO "Mosenergo" (OAO "TGC-3"), OAO "TGC-5", OAO "TGC-6", OAO "TGC-8", and OAO "TGC-9" have been floated on the stock market.
By end-2006, OAO "WGC-1", OAO "TGC-2", and OAO "TGC-4" are expected to be brought to the stock market.
Also, with effect from today, the RTS Classical Market and RTS Exchange Market started trading shares of OAO "Moscow City Electricity Distribution Company".
