Retail companies of the Saratov region owed IDGC of Volga, PJSC more than 53 million rubles.
To the worst offenders of payment discipline belongs RT-ET LLC.
A company that presents itself as a “stable and reliable partner” has been irresponsibly treating its direct responsibility for paying for electricity transmission services for several years. At the moment, the debt of the marketers (which has increased more than 13 times since June 2017) amounts to 40.3 million rubles.
Due to the fact that claims to the management of RT-ET LLC do not give the proper result, the issue of debt collection was translated into the court. The Arbitration Court granted 2 claims of IDGC of Volga to collect money from RT-ET LLC forcibly. 7 more claims to the amount of 29.49 million rubles are under consideration.
Nezavisimost ERC LLC and EnergoServis Povolzhje LLC also ignore the fulfillment of contractual obligations systematically. IDGC of Volga has filed and referred to court 14 lawsuits against these companies for a total amount of 10.8 million rubles.
The power grid company is open to dialogue and is ready to jointly seek ways to resolve debt reduction issues, as they affect the interests of the infrastructure security of the Saratov region. Power engineers of IDGC of Volga, PJSC note: legal mechanisms for inducing debtors to fulfill their contractual obligations are an effective measure, however recovery of debts by judicial means is a long process. The delay in receiving funds from the counterparties in the midst of preparing the electric grid facilities of the region for winter is unacceptable.
As a socially responsible company, IDGC of Volga continues to provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers, to implement investment and repair programs that contribute to the dynamic development of the region’s energy system. However, the solution of problems to the benefit of the entire region should not be complicated by the reluctance or inability of IDGC of Volga, PJSC counterparties to comply with payment discipline and fulfill their contractual obligations.
