Chuvasenergo was given an Operational Reliability Certificate basing upon the Protocol of assessment of the results of activities and reached level of operational reliability and safety of the branches of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group). This document confirms that the company is properly prepared to operate during sensitive periods.
The Operational Reliability Certificate is issued on the basis of assessment of the performance of the company/branch. The decision-making criteria include fulfillment of activities aiming at reliable and safe operation of the branch, preparation for operations during sensitive periods, elimination of irregularities specified in instruction acts issued by Rostekhnadzor and Technical Supervision Center, and reduction of accident incidence rate of grids with the voltage of 6 kV and more, etc.
 The Operational Reliability Certificate Regulations for subsidiaries and affiliates of Rosseti, PJSC is a new internal document introduced by Rosseti, PJSC in March 2017. The Operational Reliability Certificate confirms that the branch meets the requirements to operational reliability of its electric grid facilities during the calendar year provided by the internal regulations and industry-specific codes and standards.
