Mr. D. Timoshenko was born in 1968 in Chelyabinsk. He has a higher education. In 1992, he graduated from the Moscow Civil Engineering University.

Prior to his joining PJSC MGTS, Mr. Timoshenko had worked for JSC ASVT as marketing specialist; further he consecutively held positions of senior specialist, Chief of Customer Care Service and Director of Customer Care Service of JSC Mobile TeleSystems.

As PJSC MGTS Customer Care Department Director, Mr. Timoshenko will be in charge of promoting a variety of new fields of the customer servicing activity, special emphasis being laid on developing call centers. He will also be responsible for a quality and prompt provision of communication services and raising the competitive edge and efficiency of the telecom services being furnished by the Company.

Dmitriy Timoshenko is married and has a son and a daughter. He dedicates most of his spare time to upbringing his children. He is keen on playing football and car driving.

Speaking of his short-term action program in his new capacity, Mr. Timoshenko noted: "I will seek to proceed with the customer care system furtherance, aiming to create comfort conditions for all our subscribers".
