PRISCO continues northern navigation

The tankers of the Primorsk Shipping Corporation continue to deliver oil products to the northern parts of the Russian Far East. 5 ships participated in the northern navigation: 3 ships of the ”Partizansk” series of 3,000 tons dwt each, and 2 ships of the “Samotlor” series of 17,000 tons dwt each. M/t “Vilyuisk” is unloading now in Anadyr. M/t “Guryev” 3,000 tons dwt has carried oil to the coastal regions and recently started cargo delivery to the Bering region. According to Yuri Godlevsky, Head of PRISCO Chartering Department, only in July 2004 PRISCO tankers delivered over 32 thousand tons of oil products to the Arctic. PRISCO ships are expected to supply main volume of cargo by the end of August, only one or two tankers will complete Arctic navigation in early September. Totally for this navigation PRISCO tankers will deliver nearly 80,000 tons of oil products to Arctic regions of Russia.
