IDGC of the North-West, JSC is preparing for operation in the autumn / winter season. In this year the Company is planning to receive Readiness Certificate by October 15. Last year Act of Readiness for operation in autumn / winter season was signed on 28th of October. Main operating activities of Arkhenergo, Vologdaenergo and Pskovenergo, IDGC North-West branches, will be audited in July, 2012.
In August–September IDGC of the North-West will undergo two-stage test of readiness for operation in the heating season. At the first stage, August 1–31, the Commission under the chairmanship of Pavel Tyudelekov, deputy chief engineer FGC UES, JSC will check electric grid facilities selectively visited. At the second stage, September 3–21, comments and faults found at the first stage of preliminary check will be addressed under special control of commission chairmen and the results will be reported to FGC UES and IDGC Holding directors on a weekly basis.
Importance of this work area was emphasized during videoconference between FGC and IDGC Holding dedicated to reliable operation of electric grids in the autumn / winter season held on 10th of July. On the same day Oleg Budargin, Chairman of FGC UES Management Board, signed an order on preliminary check of readiness for the 2012 / 2013 heating season. IDGC of the North-West is planning to receive Readiness Certificate by October 15.
