On April 18th, 2002 a meeting of the Board of Directors OJSC North-West Telecom was held., which was unanimous in approving the report on the Company’s bonds issue results. The meeting was held in the form of absentee meeting.
Before the end of the month, the report will be submitted to the Federal Securities Board (FSB) for registration. Under the securities law, FSB should pass a resolution on the registration within two weeks.
When the report is registered, investors will be free to enter into deals with the bonds. In May, the North-West Telecom also intends to pass the procedures of the bonds admission to bids at MICE and SPCE.
