OJSC Khantymansiiskokrtelecom plans to pay Rub 1.42 on its common shares, i.e. 9.5% of the nominal value.  Dividend on preferred shares will be Rub 1.5 per share or 10% of the nominal value, which is in line with the Company's Charter requirements.  

The above amount of dividend per common non-coupon share is tentative, i.e. the final decision will be adopted by the Board of Directors at a meeting on April 25, 2002 and will be proposed at the annual general shareholders meeting on May 31, 2002. 

In 2000 the company paid out Rub 1 per common share (6.7% of the nominal value) and Rub 1.5 per preferred share.   

The total number of common non-coupon shares on which the company plans to pay dividends is 171,431,000.

Rub 24,752, 872 is the amount of net profit on which dividend is to paid on.  

The total number of preferred non-coupon shares on which the company plans to pay dividends is 5,797,4000. Rub 8,696,100 is the amount of net profit on which dividend is to paid for preferred shares.  The total amount of dividends payable is Rub 33,448,972.
