Today’s issue of the Russian newspaper RBC Daily has published an article about OAO LUKOIL’s alleged plans to reshuffle its Management Committee.

In this connection, the Company’s Press Service is making an official statement that this information has nothing to do with the facts.

Under the Law on mass media, the Company will demand that the newspaper publish retractions of the article.
