"UTK" PJSC won bidding 53 on rendering universal services provided from payphones in the Rostov region, announced by the Ministry for information technologies and communication.

According to the bidding results the Company concluded the agreement with the Federal Communications Agency on rendering universal services in 2,041 settlements (11 lots) and installation of 2,223 payphones. Under the terms of the agreement, "UTK" PJSC is obliged to install at least one payphone per a lot by the end of 2006. In 2007 the Company is obliged to install all payphones indicated in the bidding table (2,223) in 2,041 settlements.
