"Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC is now realizing digital DiSeL-TV project in the Rostov region, Stavropol Kray and Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Commercial Trial of the service is to start by the end of the current year. Commercial RollOut of the service is to start from 2007.

DiSeL-TV project is valued at 16 mln rubles in the Stavropol kray, 12 mln rubles in the Rostov region and 6 mln rubles in  the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The expected pay-back period is 3-5 years.

Since December 1, 2005 "UTK" PJSC has been providing additional digital TV service under  DiSeL-TV brand to all ADSL2+based broadband Internet  subscribers in the Krasnodar kray as well as to subscribers connected to UTK’s access networks on the basis of Ethernet-to-the-home technology in the city of Krasnodar. DiSeL-TV includes 33 digital TV channels having high quality of video and audio signals. The Company  plans to introduce uniform tariffs  in all service areas including connection fee of 500 rubles and monthly subscriber fee of 100 rubles. As of August 11, 2006 number of DiSeL-TV subscribers in the Krasnodar kray was 3.2 thousand users.
