UTK’s CEO Alexander Andreev presented the Company’s performance results and development prospects at the meeting with the representatives of London Stock Exchange. Great attention was paid to the questions of the Company’s market capitalization growth and increase of its information openness. In particular, Alexander Andreev stated that according to 2005 results UTK’s capitalization had increased by 90.7% from 270 mln USD to 515 mln USD.

The meeting was held in Krasnodar on August 16, 2006. Representatives of the Krasnodar kray Government and directors of the largest Kubanj companies were present at the meeting.  Tracey Pierce, Director for Business Operations with British and international companies and John Edwards, senior manager for Central Europe and Asia Operations, represented London Stock Exchange. They estimated Krasnodar stock market as having great potential.
