The representative of the committee was elected the independent director whose name Seppo Ukha Remes, the Head of JSC “Kiuru”.

The personnel structure of the Audit committee was elected on August 25, 2009 by the decision of the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West. The Committee consists of 5 persons including two independent directors - Seppo Ukha Remes, General Director of JSC “Kiuru” (committee representative) and Tatyana Dronova, Strategy and Development Deputy General Director of CJSC “Investments Holding “Power Union”.

Members of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West elected two Deputy General Directors of JSC “IDGC Holding” – Alexander Popov, Economy and Finances Deputy Head of IDGC Holding and Sergey Ivanov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “FGC UES”.

It shall be mentioned that earlier (by the decision of the Board of Directors as of July 17, 2009) the new structures of the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West were determined. HR and Remuneration committee is headed by Natalia Erpsher, Organizational Development Directorate Head of JSC “IDGC Holding”. The representative of the reliability committee is Sergey Shpilevoy, Deputy Head of Industrial Control and Labor Safety Directorate of JSC “IDGC Holding”. The Strategy and Development Committee is headed by Andrey Lukin, Head of the Strategy and Development Center of JSC “IDGC Holding”.

At one of the next meetings the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West will determine the personal structure of the Technological connection committee.
