PJSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" summed up the results of implementation of the investment program for the first quarter of 2016. For three months this year the power company is 100% completed the planned work on construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of power facilities. Network the company has introduced nearly 330 miles of transmission lines and more than 81 MVA capacity. 
Among the most significant projects the first quarter of 2016 – construction of the substation 110/10/10 kV "Vorsha" with approaches of 110 kV overhead line in the Vladimir region (introduced 63 MVA transformer capacity and 1, 577 km of transmission lines). The implementation of this project increases the reliability of electricity supply of the city of Vladimir and Sabinskogo district of the Vladimir region, to meet growing demand for power supply of newly built facilities. 
In the Nizhny Novgorod region IDGC of Center and Volga region conducts reconstruction of substation 110 kV "Meshchersky", the construction of a new distribution transformer substation (RTP) 10 kV, carries out laying of two transmission lines 10 kV from the substation "Arrow" of transmission lines 10 kV from the substation "Meshchera" to RTP under construction 10 kV. The introduction of these facilities will ensure the electricity infrastructure of the world Cup in 2018, including the construction of the football arena.
In the Kaluga region is actively working on substation 220 kV "Constellation" installation of metal structures and equipment of outdoor switchgear 220 kV. The project will provide an opportunity for technological connection to networks of new consumers of the industrial Park "Vorsino".
Disbursement of capital investments for the accounting period amounted to more than 1.35 billion rubles. Currently work on implementation of the investment program of IDGC of Center and Volga region continues. By the end of 2016 the company plans to implement the input of over 500 MVA of new capacity and 2,400 km of transmission lines. In General, investments into a network complex will be about 7.6 billion rubles. 
All the activities on the reconstruction, technical upgrading and construction of power facilities aimed primarily at improving the reliability of the grid complex and energy supply of consumers, increase the network bandwidth. The implementation of the planned activities will allow the energy sector to ensure the normal trouble-free operation in the coming autumn-winter peak loads.
