By the order of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” General Director Mr.Sergey Kolesnikov is appointed as a deputy to the General Director – the director of the branch in the Republic of Maryi El.

Mr. Sergey Mikhailovich Kolesnikov was borne on August 7, 1975 in settlement Oyash of Moshkovsky district of Novosibirsk oblast. Since 1993 he is in communication industry. In 2003 he graduated from Siberia’s State University of telecommunications and informatics, his specialty is “Economics and management at an enterprise”. For three years he had been working as a deputy director of a branch of OJSC “Elektrosviyaz” of Novosibirsk oblast and for three years in OJSC “Sibirtelecom”. He made his occupational choice deliberately and devoted all his professional life to communication industry.

The issue of Mr. Sergey Kolesnikov appointment was agreed upon by the Board of directors of OJSC “VolgaTelecom”. At the post of a deputy to the General Director of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” – the director of the branch in the Republic of Maryi El Mr. Sergey Kolesnikov replaced Mr. Alexander Kirillov who in May 2004 was appointed to the post of the 1-st deputy to the General Director (Technical director) of OJSC “VolgaTelecom”.
