The Committees are the consultative body of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West, JSC took a decision at the meeting on July, 30th of 2010 to approve the work plan for 2010-2011 and also elected the personal composition of 5 Committees of the Company’s Board of Directors.

5 people have constituted the Committee on personnel and remunerations. Deputy Director General – chief of Machinery of IDGC Holding, OJSC Alexander Popov has become its head. The Board of Directors has also approved the redrafted Provision on the Committee on personnel and remunerations. There are 12 people in the Committee on strategy and development, Deputy Director General of IDGC Holding, OJSC Mikhail Kurbatov is elected as the Chairman.

Director General of “Kiuru”, LLC Remes Seppo Yukha is elected the Chairman of the Committee on audit. The Committee is constituted with 6 people.

The Committee on reliability counts 6 people, it has been headed by Deputy Chief of the production supervision and occupational safety Directorate of IDGC Holding, OJSC Sergey Shpilevoy. 7 people have constituted the Committee on technological connection to the electric grids. Deputy Director General of CJSC “Investment holding “Power Union” Tatyana Dronova is elected its Chairman. The primary goal of the Committees establishment is to provide efficient work of the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West, JSC. The Committees are the consultative body of the Board of Directors, their objective consists in developing and giving of recommendations (findings) to the Board of Directors on their competence issues.
