On July 28, 2010 the first meeting of the newly composed Board of Directors of IDGC of Volga, JSC took place. By decision of the Board of Directors Gennady Feliksovich Binko, member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of IDGC Holding, JSC, and Pavel Ivanovich Okley, member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director – Technical Director of IDGC Holding, JSC, were accordingly elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. During the session one elected members of the Committee for Strategy and Development, Audit Committee, Committee for Reliability, Personnel and Award Committee and Committee for Technological Connection to Electric Power under the Company’s Board of Directors.
