Specialists of the Technological Connection Department of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), told Orenburgers about the services provided in the "Personal Account" on the website of IDGC of Volga, PJSC and on the portal of power grid services (Ïîðòàë-òï.ðô).

Using interactive services, Orenburg citizens can register an application for technological connection, calculate the cost of the connection. The presentation of the services was made within the framework of the "Street of Free Consultations" at the 21st specialized StroyUral–2017 exhibition. Inquiry service was available from 11:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
"They mainly ask about the package of documents required, cost and terms of the connection. We tried as accurately as possible to explain everything and, of course, encouraged to use the free services of our Customer Service Center located at: 59, ul. Karagandinskaya, Orenburg", said Olesya Tyan, Consultant, an employee of the Technological Connection Department of Orenburgenergo. "The customers' special attention was drawn to the interactive services on the website of IDGC of Volga, PJSC and the federal portal of electric grid services."
Detailed explanations of each step of the procedure of technological connection were also helpful both for the start-uppers who need to get connected to the power grids to launch their business, and experienced businessmen who require additional capacity for their industry expansion. During the work of the "Street of Free Consultations", employees of Orenburgenergo answered dozens of questions of the participants and visitors of the exhibition.
