October 4, 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on series BO-P04 bonds (state registration number 4B02-04-55038-E-001P of April 1, 2016). 

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue, RusHydro made coupon payment on series BO-P04 bonds with a coupon rate of 10.35% per annum on October 4, 2018 (at the end of the fifth coupon period).

The amount paid totaled RUB 774,150,000. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 51.61 per bond. 

In February 2016, RusHydro successfully placed bonds in total amount of RUB 15 bn. The bonds were included in Level 1 quotation list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
