KAMAZ Inc. is for the first time participating in one of the largest World Motor Shows – IAA-2004, which takes place in Hannover within September 23-30. The Company is presenting perspective branches of its activity and the latest vehicle achievements at the exhibition.

KAMAZ-6520 Dump Truck

KAMAZ-6520 dump truck is the basic model for KAMAZ heavy duty trucks. Its GVW is 33,1t (gross road train weight is 46,8t). The truck is equipped with back dumping body of 13 m3. The presented truck is powered with 6-cylinder in-line diesel Cummins ISLe 350.30 engine of 350 hp, complying with EURO-3 emission level.

KAMAZ-6520is notable for low fuel consumption and operation expenses. It has reliable design and is manufactured for medium and tropical climate, meeting all current Rules of EEC UN concerning requirements to environment, security and ergonomics.

KAMAZ-43081 Delivery Truck

KAMAZ-43081 delivery truck is presenting new family of medium KAMAZ trucks aimed at operation as city and interregional delivery truck.

Its GVW is 11,3t and the truck can tow a trailer of 8t gross weight. KAMAZ-43081 is powered with Cummins ISBe 170.30 engine of 167 hp complying with EURO-3 emission level.

Refrigerator van is of 28 m3, its loading height is 1 120mm for equipped truck. The truck is notable for low fuel consumption and operation expenses. It has reliable design and is manufactured for medium and tropical climate.

KAMAZ-43081 meets all current Rules of EEC UN concerning requirements to environment, security and ergonomics.

KAMAZ-4911 Extreme Sport truck (4x4)

This sport truck is a many time winner of intercontinental Paris-Dakar super marathons. It was a real sensation at IDEX-2003 Military Vehicle in UAE, and a year later was acknowledged as the Best Russian truck 2004 at the contest hold under aegis of Media Globe international company.

It is a multipurpose vehicle with clear features of off-road extreme truck. This truck is perfect for urgent delivery of people and various cargoes on all roads and offroads, and for special purpose transport work in extreme conditions.

KAMAZ-4911 is powered with 8-cylinder V-type ??? 7?846 engine of 730 hp with turbocharger. This engine allows the truck to move at speed 165 km/h. Within 16 seconds it brings this 10t vehicle up to 100 km/h.

KAMAZ-4911 Extreme has a unique running gear. Its suspension helps the truck to move at any road conditions and driving manner. Due to reliability of all units the truck can jump for some meters lifting off all wheels from the ground and land smoothly without any damage.

The truck has a record power to weight ratio – 70 hp per 1t of weight. But perfect brake and control systems ensure well driving and constant control over powerful engine. Peculiarities in design – stiff cab fastening to frame and seat to the cab – allow a driver to feel all changes in truck’s behavior and react upon situation in time. Security framing and belts protect a crew and a cab itself from injuries.

So, this is KAMAZ new generation off road truck, which can easily meet any requirements of a sophisticated customer concerning speed, cross-country capability and reliability. This truck will take part in Paris-Dakar-2005 rally.
