COMSTAR – United TeleSystems (COMSTAR-UTS OJSC, LSE: CMST) announces that Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Mass Communication, Communications and the Protection of Cultural Heritage has adopted resolution on issuing license # 59716 to JSC COMSTAR-UTS for provision intrazonal telephone communication services in the territory of Ryazan region.

Currently COMSTAR-UTS and its subsidiaries have licenses for provision intrazonal telephone communication services across Moscow, Moscow region, Saint-Petersburg, Rostov, Samara, Saratov, Orenburg, Sverdlovsk regions, Krasnodar territory and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District.
