In the territory of Novgorod region the Central Office of EMERCOM of Russia holds an inspection of managerial bodies, workforce and means of the civil defense

In the territory of Novgorod region the Central Office of EMERCOM of Russia holds an inspection of managerial bodies, workforce and means of the civil defense and territorial subsystem RSChS of Novgorod region within the period from July, 12th to July, 21st of 2010.

Pursuant to the inspection plan, a command post rehearsal (CPR) is held on July, 19th on topic: “Management by workforce and means of Novgorod regional territorial subsystem RSChS under a liquidation of emergency of natural character”.

In the course of  CPR, the check-up of readiness of branch of IDGC of North-West, JSC “Novgorodenergo” is made to organize and hold the maintenance and repair works at power supply network facilities, cooperation with the Chief Directorate of the MES of Russia for Novgorod region, state institution “Management centre in crisis situations of EMERCOM of Russia in Novgorod region”, emergency operations centers of production departments.

To participate in CPR, the following structures are involved:  the emergency operations center of the executive body of branch of IDGC of North-West, JSC – “Novgorodenergo”, two mobile teams and the reserve source of supply of electric power (RSSEP) of production department “Ilmensk electric grids”  “Novgorodenergo”, dispatching departments of the network control center (NCC) of the executive body and production departments of branch of IDGC of North-West “Novgorodenergo”.

In the course of training, the skills on liquidation of technological faults at facilities of the electric grid complex were honed at two training places: at the ground of  Ilmensk electric grids two mobile teams from Malovishersky and Chudovsky electric grids regions eliminated a broken wire  of the overhead power transmission line with the installation of a new tower of PTL,  the works on recovery of electric power supply of the socially significant object were made with the usage of RSSEP at substation “Rayonnaya” (Veliky Novgorod).
