The competitions among the dispatching personnel are held for the first time in IDGC of North-West. In April of 2011 similar competitions are planned to be held at the Company’s level.

The competitions of craftsmanship of dispatchers have started in branch of IDGC of North-West “Kolenergo”. The competitions among the dispatching personnel are held for the first time in IDGC of North-West. Their solemn opening took place today in the branch’s administration of IDGC of North-West “Kolenergo”. The winner will be determined on July, 21st by the sum of five stages passing.

Director of Kolenergo Sergey Gubich headed the organizational Committee of competitions. Presiding Judge is Deputy Chief Engineer of Kolenergo on the operational and technical management Alexander Slatinsky.

Deputy Chief Engineer on the operational and technical management  of IDGC of North-West Yuri Borisov views the process of competitions. In the complimentary address to the participants he noted that Kolenergo is “the first robin” which gathered the grids’ dispatchers for the workmanship show, and noted that in April of the next year similar competitions are planned to be held at IDGC of North-West level. IDGC of North-West has also come forward with the initiative before IDGC Holding on carrying out the All-Russian competitions of the Holding’s dispatchers.

The goal of competitions is improvement of the personnel’s training level, increase of quality and safety of works under the operational management by electric installations’ equipment.
