Citibank, N. A., London, and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Paris, have granted to ALROSA the first tranche of the USD 100 million 3-year unsecured loan. Under the terms of the agreement the loan facility may be increased to USD 300 million through syndication in the international loan market.

The facility will be used to refinance the company’s short-term loan portfolio.
