5.2 thousand clients contacted Chuvashenergo’s customer service center in 2016

CustomerService Center(CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (subsidiary of Rosseti, PJSC), reviewed its results for 2016. During this period CSC delivered services to 5,221 applicants.

Generally, customers apply for technological connection to Chuvashenergo’s power grids. During the reporting period, CSC processed 1,881 applications resulted in 2,406 agreements for technological connection for the maximum capacity of 64,127 kW. CSC’s specialists explain how the technological connection is performed, answer different questions and help completing necessary documents.

In addition to technological connection applications, the customers need CSC’s assistance in handling other issues of electrification of rural settlements, issuance and approval of documents. For example, 138 applications relating to power supplies to socially significant facilities have been submitted during the reporting period. CSC also deals with issues of power accounting (repair, installation, replacement and sealing of energy meters) and service quality, etc. The most urgent issues include issuance and approval of documents of balance inventory delineation and operational responsibilities delineation (2,233 requests), receipt of requirements specification, approaching and crossing of existing utilities with operating power transmission lines with the voltage of 0.22–110 kV (92 requests). The number of requests for approval of land use documents lowered to 70.

Gladkova, tel.: (8352) 39-95-65); Alatyr (19, ul. Gagarina, tel.: (83531) 2-97-03) and Kanash (267, ul. Zheleznodorozhnaya, tel.: (83533) 3-89-63).
