Samara Distribution Grids, Branch of PJSC IDGC of Volga, Member of Rosseti Group, received a letter from acting Vice Governor, Minister of Economic Development, Investment and Trade of Samara Region Alexander Kobenko.

The ministry thanked the workers of the enterprise for their contribution to implementing roadmaps for creation of business improvement models and improving investment attractiveness of the region. Workers of Samara Distribution Grids took part in the discussion of technological connection target models in Samara Region. The action plan was developed early last year and included setting up personal cabinets on electric grid company websites, development of their functions, implementation of various activities aimed at improving consumer awareness, optimizing interaction between applicants and the energy sales company. Other points of the action plan included creation of recommendations for optimizing business processes of territorial electrical grid companies and much more.

“The results of the work on introducing target models depend in many ways on effective interaction between different departments. The business community will also need to get involved so that an open dialog could be started, and that everyone is ready for changes and improvements,” the letter said. The work in this area will continue in 2018.
