From October 01,.2004 national long-distance tariffs for all categories of customers in tariff zones 1 (up to 100 km) and 2 (from 101 to 600 km) will be reduced by 5 % during busy hours (working days - from 7.00 a.m till 21.00 p.m. ) in UTK branches " Svyazinfrom " of the Astrakhan region”, “Volgogradelectrosvyaz”, “Kubanelectrosvyaz”, “Rostovelectrosvyaz”, “Electrosvyaz” of Stavropol Territory", according to the decision of the Board of the RF Federal Tariff Service (FST) ? r-15-s/1 of 31.08.2004 «On establishment of domestic long-distance tariffs in "UTK" PJSC” approved by FST Order ? 61-s/1 of 31.08.2004.

Pursuant to the decision of the Management Board of the RF Federal Tariff Service (FST) ? r-15-s/2 of 31.08.2004 «On establishment of local tariffs in "UTK" PJSC” approved by FST Order ? 62-s/2 of 31.08.2004 the weighted average increase in the local telephone connection tariffs will be 30.0% for individuals and 26.4% for organizations.

Taking into account the change in the current local and national long-distance tariffs and introduction of new tariffs with effect from October 1, 2004,on the whole the weighted average increase in the average annual tariffs for local and national telephone services will be 7.6%.

Average subscriber monthly fee for urban population will be increased from 105.5 rubles to 139.00 rubles, for rural population - from 97.50 rubles to 123.00 rubles. Average subscriber monthly fee for business sector will be increased from 140 to 177 rubles.
