The company’s Board of Directors approved the annual complex program of purchases of the current year.

In 2010 IDGC of North-West, JSC plans to make 801 purchases at the total sum of RUR 17 868 million (with VAT). The Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West approved the corresponding annual complex program of purchases.

The principle types of activity for which purchases are made are power and repair production, technical maintenance; the reconstruction and re-equipment of electric grid facilities: new construction and expansion of electric grid facilities; IT-purchases.

In the majority of cases the regulated purchases procedures are held openly. In 2009 a share of such purchases amounted to 80 % from the total number.

In 2010 the number of purchases with usage of electronic commerce means is presupposed to be increased. In the last year 36 % of purchase is made at electronic trade venues, in the current year 51,8% from the total number of competitive purchases is planned.
