For 2017, the employees of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, which is a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a part of Rosseti Group), made 1,324 technological connections of the consumer facilities with the total maximum power of 31.05 MW. Such facilities include private residential houses located not only in the suburban area under construction, but also in the most remote locations, facilities that are socially and economically important for the region, industrial and agricultural enterprises. 880 individuals and 444 legal entities have become new consumers of the branch.
Among the facilities connected to the branch’s electrical grids in 2017 are medical and obstetrical stations in Cherdaklinsky, Mainsky and Radishchevsky districts, a construction camp on the construction site of 110/35 kV substation of the Wind Power Plant, production shops, street and highway illumination facilities, religious structures in Karsunsky, Radishchevsky, Baryshsky and Mainsky districts, oil industry facilities located in Melekessky and Starokulatkinsky districts, a recreation camp in Baryshsky district, a semi-finished product factory in Cherdaklinsky district, as well as a gardener’s partnership in Staromainsky and Ulyanovsky districts.
Technological connection of new consumers to the electrical grids is one of the priority areas of activities performed by Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids branch, which promotes social and economic development of Ulyanovsk region. For the past year, Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids concluded 1,382 agreement for connection to electrical grids, and the declared total power was 33.48 MW.
