A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on December 19, at 1:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• Preliminary gasification results for Russian Federation regions;
• Gazprom’s internal market operations in the mid- and long-term taking account of independent producers and Central Asia’s gas;
• Gazprom’s pricing policy for the former Soviet Union;
• Remuneration system for Gazprom’s top executives;
• Gazprom’s interest in the Nonprofit Organization Gazpromipoteka Fund.

The meeting will also address other issues falling under the authority of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
