Perm. 10.07.09. In compliance with the Collective Agreement, the Statement on Rationalization Activity regulating the rationalization activity organization in TGC-9 as well as realization of implementation and rationalization offers is given effect to in the Company.

TGC-9 does its best to create every condition for the development of creative work of the employees of the Company also by means of rationalization and inventive work organization.

The main purpose of the introduced Statement is to stir up the rationalization activity, keep and develop further collective technical creative work of the employees, use creative potential of rationalizers for the solution of production, social and economic tasks, raise employees’ commitment to performance giving them moral and material incentives to proceed with technical creative work.

The deviser can be any employee of the Company. The rationalization offer can be aimed at saving material resources; improving conditions of work and labor safety, preserving the environment and reducing possible damage, caused by natural hazards or other emergency conditions.

In case a favorable decision is taken in response to the innovation registration the deviser is given the applicable certificate. It confirms admission, authorship and superiority of a rationalization offer. The devisers of the rationalization offer will be given a remuneration, amount of which depends on the sum of an economic or other effect gained by using the rationalization offer.

Within the frames of the accepted Statement the devisers of the innovations are given help to register the offer officially as well as to implement the rationalization offer; information support of the rationalization activity results is provided for; control over the observance of their rights is exercised; if required help is provided for to settle the documentation accordingly to obtain a patent.
