The shareholders possessing 82 449 618 791 shares of Entity that constitutes 86,07 % from total of voices of the persons included in the list of persons having the right to participate in the Meeting have participated in meeting.
Counting commission functions were executed by the registrar of Entity - JSC «Central Moscow Depositary».
