In 2010 the company invests in a network complex of region 2 339 million rubles.

In 2010 IDGC of the North-West plans to invest in a network complex of region 2 339 million rubles. From them on technical equipment and reconstruction it will be directed 1 740 million rubles, on new building and expansion - 594 million rubles, acquisition of permanent assets - 4 million rubles.
According to Aslan Chehoev`s words  - the deputy Director general of IDGC of the North-West on investments, a mainstream of development of capital investments is modernization and the reconstruction of a network complex necessary in connection with high percent of deterioration of the primary equipment (63,7 %).

The share of new building constitutes 25,4 % from total amount of investments. The basic investment projects of new building are the projects realized under contracts of technological joining - 342 million rubles and projects on which the earmark considers profit in the tariff for electric power transfer.

Till the end of the year input of a fixed capital stock will constitute 2248 million rubles that will allow to ensure putting into operation of 456,39 km of electricity transmission lines of all voltage classes, substations - 205,46 ÌWÀ. Thus the increase of power putted into operation will constitute 143,52 km and 91,35 ÌWÀ accordingly.

Among the branches of IDGC of the North-West in 2010 the greatest volume of increase of power putted into operation is expected in "Karelenergo" - 38,51 ÌWÀ and "Vologdaenergo" - 20,35 ÌWÀ, "Komienergo" - 16,68 ÌWÀ.
