Moscow, Russia – April 18, 2012 – Rostelecom OJSC (MICEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) (“the Company”), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, announces that it has launched a federal bundle for small and medium-sized businesses. The new offering allows Rostelecom customers across Russia to choose a set of telecommunications services from a list of services, tailored to each customer’s needs, giving them greater flexibility to control their spending.

As part of the bundle, Rostelecom is offering fixed line services with between 500 and 5,000 minutes of intra- and inter-city calls to landline and mobile numbers, as well as wireless Internet services. Additional services offered by the bundle include intelligent network services, such as “Free call 8-800”, audio conferencing, SmartCall and many more.

To subscribe to the new bundle, customers can simply go to Rostelecom’s website https://business.rt.ru or call its Customer order-taking service on 8-800-200-300, indicating the company’s location and size, such as the number of employees and offices. Customers will then be offered a list of services tailored to their needs via an interactive platform and delivered at favourable terms. After customers select a relevant option and send an application, they will receive an SMS and/ or email notification with the application’s number and status. Customers will save up to 70% when they subscribe to a bundle, with monthly tariff savings reaching 30%.

Rostelecom intends to expand its SME bundle by adding at least five cloud-computing services to it in the future. This is the first federal bundle launched by the united Rostelecom for SMEs, which combines the provision of basic telecom services and wireless internet equipment. In autumn 2011, the Company introduced a federal broadband Internet access offering for the mass market, named “Home Internet”.
