Starting September 2010, the residents of 59 cities in Russia may address nearly 1,000 MTS stores for subscription to broadband Internet access and cable TV services. One may also pay for COMSTAR-Regions services at MTS stores. In the future, it is planned to expand the range of COMSTAR tariff plan subscriptions and services provided, as well as to provide the company customers with an option to enjoy customer service at MTS stores: migration to another tariff plan, additional technical or operation advice, etc.)
