The size of the issue is 19,000,000,000 shares.

Shares from the Company's main and additional issues will trade under the common ticker symbol HYDR. Shares will be traded only in a non-anonymous regime.

The number of common shares of RusHydro traded on RTS prior to including the additional issue was 269,695,430,802; the number of shares including the additional share issue stands at 288,695,430,802.
