Novgorod “Capital” sold 168768.663 thousand ordinary shares of IDGC of North-West.

The Board of Directors of JSC “Capital” (Velikiy Novgorod) has resolved to sell the shares of JSC “North-West Telecom” and IDGC of North-West owned by the company, at the MICEX Stock Exchange. The market value of the whole share holding is estimated in RUR 11.78 million.

The company reports that “Capital” sold 168768.663 thousand ordinary shares of “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of North-West”, Joint Stock Company, at the MICEX Stock Exchange, which amounts to 0.17% of the company’s charter capital.
