• 70 918 086 ordinary shares? (distributation by convergtation of JSC Svyaz Republic of Comi ordinary shares) and gave the registrator number 1-02-00119-?-011 D
• 24 740 475 preferred shares A type (distributation by convergtation of JSC Lensvyaz preferred shares "A" type) and gave the registrator number 2-02-00119-?-011 D
• 23 638 560 preferred shares A type (distributation by convergtation of JSC Svyaz Republic of Comi preferred shares "A" type) and gave the registrator number 2-02-00119-?-012 D

Distrubutation of shares will be at the dates of exclusion of JSC Svyaz Republic of Comi and JSC Lensvyaz from the common roll of the legal entity, as to the planes of the Company - October, 1, 2004 year.
