The MICEX Stock Exchange Committee praised the quality and transparency of corporate governance at RAO "UES of Russia", the constant improvement in the corporate governance practices at RAO UESR companies, significant trading volumes in the Company's equities, its strong capitalization growth and track record in the quotation lists.
